"Jon kindly responded to a request I'd made online, for help for an elderly gentleman who had to buy a new TVand couldn't get a picture.. we set a time and day and I got a courtesy call to say he was on his way. Jon patiently went through a host of old wires, aerial wires and remotes and got the TV working perfectly. He was very polite, clean and kind. We asked for cards and will definitely recommend him. Rates I can't comment on, as he did it in his break, and he very kindly did this job for no charge as the gentleman was so elderly. Thanks again Jon!"
